Meet the Founder
Milady’s Maid is a family-owned cleaning company built on nearly three decades of dedication, hard work, and a genuine passion for creating clean, welcoming homes.
Our founder, Alma, began her residential cleaning journey in Minnesota in 1996, serving a small number of clients and building her experience one home at a time. After relocating to Rogers, Arkansas, in 2016, she continued pursuing her dream and formally established Milady’s Maid as a licensed and insured cleaning business in 2017.
Today, with 30 years of personal cleaning experience, Alma continues to lead Milady’s Maid with the same commitment to quality, personalized attention, and genuine care that inspired her journey from the beginning.
