Our Super Deluxe Cleaning is your home's total deep spring cleaning package. Bolded items marked with "++" are only included in the Super Deluxe Cleaning. When you upgrade to the Super Deluxe Cleaning we include washing the interior of your refrigerator, oven, and windows.

What's Included In Our Deep Cleaning Services

All items listed are included in the Basic Deep Cleaning. Bolded items marked with "SS" are only included in the Spring Start and "SD"  Super Deluxe Deep Cleaning.


BASIC DEEP CLEANING​
Surface Cleaning - All Rooms
 

  • Long dust ceilings, corners 12 ft & under (cobweb patrol).

  • Hand wash ceiling fans & light fixtures (in place we do not disassemble).

  • Dust heating and air conditioning vents.

  • Hand wash all interior doors, door frames, moldings, and trims.

  • Hand wash chair-rail and shadow box moldings.

  • Hand wash baseboards, window sills & lock ledges ONLY (window glass excluded).

  • Hand wash wood stair treads and staircase banisters and rails.

  • Hand wash high touch points, light switch plates, outlet covers, door handles, cabinet handles & drawer pulls, appliance handles, and sink faucets.

  • Hand dust pictures on walls and tables.

  • Dust knick-knacks.

  • Clean window blinds (extra charge to remove and hand wash blinds).

  • Single mirrors washed and polished (extra charge for full walls of mirrors).

  • Dust furniture (polished wood furniture on request).

  • Dust table and floor lamps

  • Dust in the side fireplace mantle & hearth

  • Dry dust ONLY  - flat TV screen frames and other electronics (for safety we do not touch the screens on TVs or computers).

  • Dry dust leather furniture. (leather conditioner polish on request)

  • Fresh bed linens (we will change the bed linens on beds when you leave fresh linens for us on top of each bed, you would like this service).

  • Waste baskets were emptied and re-lined with clear liners using yours,  ( we supply some of the liners).

Bathrooms

​

  • Hand wash bathroom light fixtures (we do not disassemble).

  • Hand wash the outside of bathroom cabinets.

  • Hand wash and polish bathroom mirror.

  • Scrub bathroom counters and sink.

  • Scrub showers, shower heads, tubs and toilets.

  • Fresh bathroom towels & rugs (we will change bath towels and rugs when you leave fresh ones for us in the room you would like this service).

Kitchen

​

  • Hand wash the outside of kitchen cabinets (extra charge for heavy grease build-up).

  • Wash kitchen counters, backsplashes, and small appliances (we do not move heavy countertop appliances).

  • Wash outside of kitchen appliances (range, refrigerator, dishwasher, compactor & wine fridge).

  • Wash the outside and inside of the microwave.

  • Wash and polish the stovetop or cooktop.

  • Wash and polish the kitchen sink.

  • Hand-wash hanging pendant lights over the kitchen island, table, and chairs.

 

Floors & Doors

​

  • Wash and polish inside and outside of a single set of sliding glass doors including inside of the track.

  • Wash front entry door glass inside and outside.

  • Vacuum cloth lamp shades, and dry dust leather shades.

  • Vacuum upholstered furniture includes removing the cushions to vacuum underneath for cushions that detach.

  • Vacuum carpeted stair treads & edges.

  • Vacuum area rugs, carpets, and edge vacuum carpet crevices (crevices along the edge where bugs, animal hair, or carpet fibers collect).

  • Vacuum and mop all accessible bare flooring surfaces (appropriate mop method for different flooring surfaces).

(SS) Hand wash inside of windows - glass, lock ledges, sills.

(SS) Polish wood furniture.
